What we collect

This is a brochure website. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may log your IP address when these fonts are served.

If you choose to email us via the address shown on this site, we will receive whatever information you provide in that email — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Why we use it

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue any business correspondence you initiate. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or where appropriate, the steps necessary to enter into a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your email is processed by our email service provider in the ordinary course of receiving and storing email. We may share information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is reasonably useful for our business records, and otherwise in line with our internal retention practices. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Where it is stored

Your information is processed within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where any provider transfers data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards as required by UK GDPR.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information ("right to erasure")
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your information
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent, where consent is the legal basis for processing

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ndever.ai. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
